Our “hero” today is Officer Theodis N. Turner, III of the Columbus Police Department, who had so much trouble restraining a 96 year old nun he had to put her down and handcuff her. Her crime — she had driven 540 miles to visit a friend in a nursing home and had been taken off the visitors’ list.
