The Chicago Teachers’ Union has gone on strike because the 16% raise they were offered — during a period when most household incomes have dropped 7% and the city is broke — just wasn’t enough. Mind you, charter schools are not on strike, and the rampant greed of the CTU should be an excellent advertisement for charter schools and school choice.
I mean…you’re all pro-choice, right?
