The administration reversed a decades long policy of unanimous consensus among United Nations member states on binding treaties. Now our would-be masters want a general assembly vote (in which the United States would currently vote “yes”) on an international arms treaty designed to destroy civilian trade in arms.

Talk to your representatives and senators and urge them to vote against ratification of the treaty. It’s unlikely they’ll listen, but it’s worth trying before applying the Jeffersonian axiom that the “tree of liberty must be watered with the blood of patriots and tyrants.”
