MSNBC is a laughing stock as a “news” outlet and it’s pathetic ratings back this assessment up — and this is why: it is a network governed and represented by, and representing hateful, stupid, and misinformed people who have only one intention, to create vitriol to the delight of their audience, who believe Bashir was utterly right to say what he did. His apology is about as heartfelt as that of a serial killer (or Dick Metcalf, formerly of Guns & Ammo magazine), and was inspired by the reaction of the advertisers and a desperate attempt not to be cashiered (kinda like Metcalf.).
