Yup, that bastion of fuckwittery, Los Angeles (can’t we just give it to Mexico and put a moat around it?) has passed a ban on paper and plastic shopping bags to force us to use burlap or small electric-powered forklifts. Look for this insanity to hit the next circle of stupidity in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, and Denver.
